Business Sponsorship

PEEPs is requesting support from local businesses for our upcoming event on May 15, 2026 at Eliot Elementary School (EES). PEEPs main mission is funding the majority of EES educational enrichment programs and field trips through our one and only fundraiser - RACE for Education!

Donations that come directly from local businesses are a wonderful way for our school to feel supported, directly impact our children, and in turn our community. This year we have created sponsorship levels in recognition and appreciation of your support for our school.

2026 Sponsorship Levels

Howdy’s Choice – $1,000 or more

  • Everything in the GOLD package included, PLUS:

  • Sponsor a station on RACE day. Provide a business flyer and sponsor one of our many fun stations for the students

Gold Sponsor – $750

  • Everything in the SILVER package included, PLUS:

  • Public thank-you over the loud speaker at the RACE

Silver Sponsor – $500

  • Everything in the BRONZE package included, PLUS:

  • Display your business banner on the baseball field fence

  • Business LOGO on the back of the RACE shirts given to students and staff to wear during the RACE. They get to keep the shirts!

Bronze Sponsor – $250

  • Dedicated post on the PEEPS Facebook page

  • Dedicated shout-out on the PEEPs website

Logo Submissions - Due by April 4th

Logos need to be submitted by April 4th in order to be included on the back of the RACE t-shirts (Gold Sponsor) and in a Facebook post (All Sponsor Levels) .

Logo File Format

Preferred: Vector eps file (such as an Adobe Illustrator eps) with all fonts converted to outlines. This file format is preferred because vector-based art can be resized without degrading resolution.

Acceptable in some instances: Raster image file (such as an Adobe Photoshop file). The logo must be a minimum of 2" wide or 2" high (whichever is the larger proportion) at 300 dpi. The image file may be delivered in any of the following formats: psd, tiff, png, or jpeg. For online (Facebook) usage only, gif files are also acceptable.
